This feature is optional and only available through Google Calendar; if you have a booking process already in place, Cassie can pass qualified leads to you via the notification channel of your choice.
How will I see all of my leads and the conversations the bot has had with them?
You'll have direct access to the Tree Care Lead Engine system through the desktop (online) app AND through the mobile app. You can see all of the details for each contact, send and receive emails and text messages, and even make and receive phone calls through the app!

What happens if the bot fails?
In any situation where the bot gets confused or is unable to respond, an alert will be sent directly to your team so you'll be able to hop in and continue the conversation. As the bot gains more experience with your unique combination of customers and services, this will become less and less likely. However, you should expect this to happen occasionally during the initial training period.
